Upmaa south india ki recipe hai, south Indian log apne din ki shuruwat upmaa se hi karte hai. Aaye banate hai upmaa.
1. Tail ko garam ki jiye
2. Rai , urad daal , chana daal ko chonk lee jiye.
3. Hari mirch aur kadi patta dalee.
4. Sooji daal kar halka sa bhun lee.
5. Shakkar namak wa paani daal kar sukhane tak pakaye.
6. Dried fruit se jaye.
7. Garmagarm parse.
Samagari - Ingredients
- Sooji -240 gm
- Tail- 2 spoon.
- Raike daane- 1spoon.
- Urad ki daal-2 spoon.
- Chana daal- 1 spoon.
- Hari mirch barik kate huye- 3.
- Kadi patta- 2.
- Shakkar -6 spoon.
- Namak - 2 spoon.
- Dried fruit - thode se.
- Halka sa garam pani- 1 cup.
