Palak Paneer Recipe in Hindi

Palak paneer ye aise recipe hai jo puryai bharat me sub se jiyd logpriye hai. Ye isse recipe hai jisme paneer bhi hai aur palak bhi ye dono hi humre health kai liye bahot hi faiyede mand hotaye hai. Palak paneer ki sabzi bahot hi taste hote hi sub isse bahot maje se khate hi.

Prepartion time - 10-15 minutes
Servings For - 3-4 People
Cooking time - 20-25 minutes

Samagari - Ingredients

  • Palak - 750gm.
  • Paneer - 250gm.
  • Tamattar - 2.
  • Pyaaz - 1.
  • Lahsun - 5-6 (kaliya).
  • Hari mirch - 2-3.
  • Laal mirch powder - 1/2 spoon.
  • Ghee - aawasaktaanusar.
  • Namak - sawadaanusar.


Vidhi - Recipe


1. Sub se pahle palak ko auchi tarah dho kar saaf kar lee,ab isse sukha kar kaat lee.

2. Pyaaz,lahsun wa adrak ko miksar me pees lee.

3. Tamttar wa hari mirch barik kaar lee.

4. Paneer ko manchahaa aakar dee kar kaat lee.

5.Ab ek kukar lee,kukar me palak ,thoda sa namak wa paani daal kar banad kar dee jiye gas pr rakh de jiye.

6. Pareshar aane ke baad 5 min tak pakaye.

7. Ab isse thanda hone kai liye rakh dee.

8. Thanda hone kai baad miksar me pees lee.

9. Ek bartanme ghee daal kar garam ki jiye.

10. Ab ghee me pyaaz,adark,wa lahsun ka paste daal kar sunaharaa hone tak bhune.

11. Ab isme tamttar wa hari mirch,laal mirch wa thoda-sa namak wa thoda paani daal kar bhune.

12. Ab dikhaye agar masala bhun gaya hai to isme pisaa huaa palak daale.

13. Palak se nikala paani bhi isme daal kar auchi tarah pakaye.

14. Ab isse kuch dear pakane daiye.

15. kuch dear pakane kai baad ab isme paneer kai tukade daal kar 2 min tak pakaa kar utaar lee.

16. Paneer ke kuch tukade upar se sajaa kar garama -garam parose chapati kai saath.
