Aaj kal bachcho ko ghar ka khana bahot kam pasand aata hai. Unhai bhahar ka chinese pasand aata hai. Kiyu na apne bachcho kai liye chinese ko bhel ka roop de kar unko kuch healthy khilaya jaye.
1. Pyaaj ,tamattar, patta gobhi,gajar aur shimal mirch ko noodles ke sath auchi tarha se milaa dee.
2. Upar se shezwan sous, tamatto sous, vineger aur nimboo ka ras mailaye.
3. Hari dhainya wa hari mirch pyaaj se garnish karke parse.
Samagari (Banane ka saman) - Ingredients
- Pyaaj kate huye - 1 cup.
- Tamattor kate huye- 1 cup.
- Patta gobhi kate huye -1 cup.
- Shimal mirch- 1 cup.
- Fried noodles ( ubalee huye friye kiye huye) -1 packet.
- Shezwan sous- 1 1/2 spoon.
- Tamatto sous- 1 spoon.
- Vinegar- 2 spoon.
- Nimboo- 1/2
- Hari mirch hara dhaniya - garnish kai liye
