Gajar
aur palak ka soup peene me bahot hi suwadishit hota hai. Ye soup pene me jitna
hi aucha hota hai utna hi ye humare health kai liye aucha hota hai palak se
hume body me iran ki kabhi kami nhi hote sath hi gajar bhi humare dimag ko
badhata hai ye soup khane se pahle peene se body me freshness aate hai.
Samagari (Banane ka saman) - Ingredients
- Chila aur katahua gajar -1 1\2cup
- Butter-2 spoon
- Kata huaa palak -1\2cup
- Chilaye aur kataye aalu-1\2cup
- Mota kata pyaaj -1\2 cup
- Barik kataa huaa pyaaj 1\4 cup Dudh 1\2 cup
- Namak aur kali mirch powder- sawadaannusar
Vidhi (Recipe in Hindi)
- Gajar, aalu ,mota kata pyaaj aur 1. 1\2 cup pani ko parshar kukaar me daale.
- Teen siti lagawa de.
- Bhaap nikalane ke baad kukar khole misharan ko puri taraha se thanda honaye de thanda honne par mikasar me isse piss le barik paste bana le.
- Kadhahi me butter garam karaye aure ussme baarik kaata huaa pyaaj daal kar 1 mint tak bhunaye.
- Ab kadhaye me palak ko madhayam anch par 1 mint se 2 mint tak pakaye.
- Pahlaye se tiyar aalu aur gajar ka misharan aur 1/4 cup panni daal kar auchi tarah se milaye aur 1 mint tak pakaye.
- Dudh daal kar lagaatar chalatye huye 1 mint tak pakaye.
- Namak aur kali mirch daal kar maddhuam anch par 5 se 10 mint tak pakaye.
- Ab aapne famliye ko garam garam paro se
