1. Sub se pahle gobhi lee isse auchi tarah dho lee.
2. Ab isse kaat lee.
3. Ab ek kadai lee usme ghee ya tail daal kar garam ki jiye.
4. Isme jeera hing daal kar hilaye.
5. Ab isme adarak aur pyaaz daal kar bhune.
6. Jub pyaaz sunhare ho jaaye to isme dhaniya powder,haldi daal kar hilaye.
7. Ab isme bandgobhi ko daal dee.
8. Auchi taraha milaye.
9. Ab isme namak daal kar kisi dhakan se dhak dee.
10. Dhimi anch par pakne dee.
11. Gobhi naram ho jaaye to garam masala daliye.
12. Garma garam chaptiye kai saaath parose.
