Masala Vada Pav Recipe In Hindi

Vada pav humare bharat ki no. 1 fast food me aate hai. Bahar jo vada pav banaya jata hai wo aap kai helth kai liye bikul bhi theak nhi hota. Agar aap fast food kai itne aadi hai to aaye apne ghar par healthy masala vada pav banate hai.

Samagari-Ingredients


  • Besan-24gm
  • Laal mirch-1spoon
  • Jeera-1spoon
  • Haldi-1spoon
  • Sarsoo kai bhig-1spoon
  • Aloo-1(ubala huaa)
  • Dhaniya powder-1spoon
  • Khaskhas-2spoon
  • Long-2-3
  • Pyaaz-2barik katye huye

Masale kai liye


  • Tail-100 gm
  • Hari mirch kati huye-2,3
  • Kari pata-2
  • Lahsun aur adrak -1spoon kata huaa
  • Pyaaz wa tamattar kate huye-3
  • Paani -1/2 liter
  • Namak-sawadannusar
  • Mix namkin-2cup


Vidhi-Recipe

1.Ek bartan me besan lee,usme chutki bhar khane wala soda daal kar usse auchi tarah se milaye

2.Ab usme paani daal kar jarurat kai hisab se patla karye.

3.Ab ek pan lee usme 2spoon tail daal kar garam hone de.

4.ab isme sarsoo kai daane ,hari mirch,haldi laal mirch powder aur aloo dalaye.

5.Sabhi samgari daal kar auchi tarha se mila lee.

6.Aloo ka mishran tiyar hotiye hi gas band kar de.

7.Ab ek kadai lee usme tail daal kar garm ki jiye.

8.Ab thode se aloo kai misharan ko hath me lee kar gand  bana lee.

9.Ab us aloo ki gand ko besan kai ghol me dubaa kar nikal lee.

10.Ab is aloo ki gand ko tail wali kadai me talne kai liye dalaye.

11.Ab is aloo ki gand ko tab tak dalaye rakhe jub tak ye sunhair nhi ho jata
baharse kurkura ho jaye.

12.Ab isse plat me nikal lee.

13.Ab sabhi hari mirch kai challo ko besan kai mishran me daale,aur usse tail me jub yahi 50%tak pakk jaye fir nikal lee .

14.Jub aap apne family ko khilana chahate hai tub tal sakte hai.

15.Ab isse dubara talaye jub tak ye sunhaire na ho jaye.tail me se nikal kar kar dusaraye baetan me rakh lee.

16.Ab isse garmgarm parose.
