Kadai Paneer Recipe in Hindi

Paneer ek aise recipe hai jo bharat me rahne walo ki  bahot hi pasand aane wale recipe hai. Ye ek aise recipe hai jisse ap roti kai saath ,naan kai saath,kha sakte hai. Bharat me koi aise shaadi hoge jisme paneer ki shadi banaye nhi jata hai. Hotel me bhi menu paneer se hi pura kiya jiya jata hai.

Prepartion time - 10-15 minutes
Servings for - 4-5 people
Cooking time - 25-30 minutes

Samagari - Ingredients

  • Paneer - 250gm.
  • Pyaaz - 4(choti katye huye).
  • Laal tamattar - 4.
  • Shmala mirch - 3-4.
  • Adrak - 1 tukada.
  • Tajpata - 2.
  • Long - 4.
  • Laal mirch powder - 1spoon.
  • Daal chini - 1tukada.
  • Narange rang - 1/2 spoon.
  • Ghee/butter - 5spoon.
  • Namak - sawadannusar.

Vidhi - Recipe

1. Paneer ko dho kar kaat lee jiye.

2. Shimla mirch ko dho kar sukha kar lambai me patle tukaade me kaat lee jiye.

3. Ab pyaaz,adrak ,namak,laal mirch aur narange rang ko ek saath miksar me pees kar paste bana lee  jiye.

4. Long aur daal chini ko mota -mota kud lee.

5.Ab ek kadai lee usme ghee/ya butter daal lee.

6. Jaise hi ghee/butter garam ho jata hai usme tajpata,long aur daal chini daal lee jiye.

7. Ab kadai me pyaaz,tamattar aur adark ka paste daal de jiye,ab isse dhimi aanch par pakne de jiye.
 
8.  Paneer ke tukade aur shimlaa mirch kadai me daal kar dhimi anch par pakne de jiye.

9. Ab dakhiye ki agar shimlaa mirch naram ho jaaye to anch se utar kar garam garam paroseye.
