10.Sunhara hotye hi pan me se nikal lee.

Samagri-Ingredients
- Peela kaddu -1/2 kg.
- Gahu ka aata- 2 cup.
- Besan- 1 spoon.
- Adrak past- 1/2 spoon.
- Hari mirch barik kate huye- 2.
- Ajwain- 2 spoon.
- Tail mila ne kai liye-3 spoon.
- Namak - sawadaanusar.
- Tail - talne kai liye.

1.Kaddu kaat kar thoda sa paani daal kar kukar me pakka lee.2.Paani nichod kar auchi tarah se miksar me pees lee.
3.Sari samagari mila kai aata gundh lee.
4.Aata poori ka gundhe tait.
5.Poori beal lee.
6.Ek pan me tail garam kar lee.
7.Tail na jiyada garam ho na jiyda thanda.
8.Belee poori dalaye.
