Paneer Tikka Kathi Roll Recipe In Hindi

Hum jaante hai ki humare puri family shaam kai kahne kai time ek sath hote hai. Un ko raat kai khane me aaj kuch khas khilaya jaye.

Samagari -Ingredients

  • Paneer -1 cup
  • Kate tamattar -1 cup.
  • Kate shimala mirch - 1/2 cup.
  • Tail - 2 spoon .
  • Dahi - 1/2 cup.
  • Laal mirch powder - 1 spoon.
  • Haldi - 1/4 spoon.
  • Adrak paste - 1/2 spoon.
  • Chat masala - 1/2 spoon.
  • Kasuri methi  - 1/2 spoon.
  • Garam masala -1/2 spoon . 
  • Namak - sawadaanusar.
  • Dudh - 1 cup.
  • Gehu ka aata - 1 cup.

Vidhi - Recipe

1.  Paneer aur tamattar ko samagari me daal ke milao.

2.   10 minut ke liye chod de.

3.  Tail garam kare aur shimal mirch ko 2 min bhune.

4.   Paneer ko misharan me daale.

5.  Taj aanch  par 5 min  bhune.

6.  Chapati banane kai liye sabhi samagari ko mila kar bhun lee.

7.  9 chapati bana kar tawee par dono aur halka- halka sek lee.

8.  Paneer ko 9 baraabar bhago me baant lee.

9.  Har chapati par paneer tikka failaye.

10. Roll kar lee fir.

11. Ab jub khana ho to tawe par pakaa lee.

12.  Bech se kaat kar garmgarm parse.
