Gobhi Pudina Partha Recipe In Hindi

Aap kisi bhi family me dikhaye gaye ki har family ka breakfast me parthaye jarur hotye hai .Aaye is partha ko healthy aur tasty banatye .Parthaye har insan ko pasand aata hai. Is parthaye ko hari chatni ya butter kai saath khaiye to parthye ka suwad aur bhi jiydaa aata hai.

Samagari-Ingredients


  • Gahu ka aata-2cup.
  • Gobhi-1(kaddukas ki huye).
  • Hari mirch-2(barik katye huye).
  • Pudina -1/2cup barik karat huya.
  • Adrak -1chotiye se(kaddukas ki huye).
  • Hing-1/4spoon.
  • Garam masal-1/2 spoon.
  • Chat masala-1/2spoon.
  • Namak-sawadannusar.
  • Tail-ya ghee .


Vidhi-Recipe


1.Aate ko ek bartan me chaan lee,ab isme 1 spoon tail aur namak daal kar naram sa gundh lee,isse kise gilaye kapde se dhak lee.

2.Ab ek pan lee jiye usme1spoon tail daliye,hari mirch,hing,kaddukas ki huye gobhi,milaye.

3.Ab isme sabhi samagari daal kar naram hone tak pakaye.

4.Ab isse thanda hone kai liye rakh de jiye.

5.Ab us aatye ki loiya banaye.

6.Loiye ko beail kar usme gobhi ka mishran barabar faila kar us loiye ko mod kar tikona aakar de jiye.

7.Ab usse halka halka bealye.

8.Ab isse tawaiye par daaliye.dono said par tail ya ghee  laga kar sakaye.

9.Ab aapka partha tiyar hai isse garmagarm butter kai saath ya sauce kai saath khaiye.
