Keema Kabab Recipe in hindi

Indian roop me banate hai aaj keema kabab.Ye khane me bahot hi tasty hota hai banane me easy. Ye kabab muslim family me jiyda tar banaya jata hai.


Samagri-Ingredients


  • Muttan keema-1/2 kg
  • Chaan daal-1/2cup
  • Adrak lahsun ka paste-1spoon
  • Laal mirch-1/2spoon
  • Hari mirch-2
  • Namak-sawadannusar
  • Kali elaichi-4
  • Taj patta-2
  • Daal chini-2tukaide
  • Long-5
  • Garam  masala-2spoon
  • Dhaniya patti-1cup (barik katti huye)
  • Podina patti-1cup(barik katti huye)
  • Nimboo ka ras -2spoon
  • Cream-200gm
  • Tail-aawashaktaanusar
  • Paani-3cup


Vidhi-Recipe

1.Muttan keema ko auchi tarha se paani se saaf kar lee.

2.Ab ek baratani me paani daal kar garam kar lee jiye,

3.Paani me ubal aane kai baad paani me  muttan daliye,adrak ka lahsun ka paste,kali elaychi,hari mirch,taj patta,  daal chini,long,podina ki patti,muttan keemadaal kar 20min tak dhimi aanch par pakaye.

4.Muttan keema pakane kai baad agar muttan me paani rahai jata hai to usse paani ko hataa de jiye.

5.Ab isse thanda hone kai liye rakh de.thanda hone kai baad isse miksar me pees lee jiye.ab is mishran me cream ,namak,garam masala,nimboo ka ras daal kar auchi tarah se mila lee.ab is mishran se chotye- chotye hath se  golaiye bana lee.ab is golaye ko hath se dabaa kar chapta kar lee.

6.Ab ek kadai lee usme tail daal kar tail garam ki jiye.

7.Ab kadai me 2 kabab daaliye.

8.Ab karchi ki sahayata se kabab ko palatye.

9.Dona said se pakka lee.

10.Ab kadai se nikal kar garma garam parose.
