Sabziwali Palak ki Tikki Recipe in Hindi

Sabziwali Palak tikki khuch subjiyo ko mila kar banaye jate hai . yahai tikki khanaye me bhi bahot hi suwad hote hai sath me isko bana utna hi aasan hota hai. Sab isko bahot hi enjoy kar kai khataye hai. nashtye ke sath bhi isko parsa jata hai.




Samagari (Banane ka saman) - Ingredients



 1. palak ka past - 1/2 cup

2. kaddukas ki huye muli- 1/2

3. kaddukas kiya huye gajar -1

4. Udalaye huye aalu -2

5. Namak- sawadaanusar

 6. Laal mirch pwode-sawadaanusaer

7. Adark paste-1spoon

8. Mungfali ke tukade -4 spoon

9. Tail- aawashaktaanusar

10. Kate huye tamattar- gaarnishing ke liye.

Vidhi - Recipe (Banane ka Tarika)

* Gajar, muli aur ubaliye huye aalu ka misharan tiyar kare.

*Ab subhi samagari ko is misharn kai sath mila de.

*Is mishran se choti chotitikki tiyar kar le.

*Nonstick pan ko garam kare .

*Ab jo tikki aapne tiyar ki huye hai unhai nonstick pan par rakhe.

*Tikki ko sunhaira hone tk madhayam anch par pakaye.

*Tikki ko tamattar ke tukado se garnish  kare aur chatanee kai sath parse.


Note


Aap aalu ko pahle se ubaal kar aur gajar muli ko kaddukas kar kai rakh le.
