Gajar Ka Achar (Carrot Pickle Recipe in Hindi)

Mosam badal ne ki waja se gajar ya aur bhi sabjiya bahot hi mahaige ho jate  hai. Humare health kai liye bahot hi jaruri hoti hai ye sab sabjiya. Gajar sardiyo me sab se faiyede mand sabji hai se sabjio ko hum achaar ke roop me bhi kha saktey hai.

Iss Achaar ko banane ka tarika bahot hi asan hota hai sath hi ye khane me bahot hi chatpata hota hai khane ki table par agar achaar ho to khane ka maja aur bhi badh jata hai.


Samagari (Banane ka saman) - Ingredients

  • Barik kata huaa gajar -1 cup
  • Kalohji-1/2 spoon
  • Methiye daana-2 spoon
  • Sarsso dane -2 spoon
  • Hing-1/4 spoon
  • Laal mirch powder-1 spoon
  • Haldi powder -1/4 spoon
  • Nnamak -swadaanusar
  • Tail- 1 1/2 spoon

Vidhi - Recipe (Banane ka Tarika)


1. Tail ke aalawa sabhi samagari ko ek bartan me daalkar auchi taraha se milaye aur ek aur rakh de.

2. Ek chotaye se baratan me sarsso kai tail ko garm kare aur ussme gajar walaye misharan me auchi tarah se

3. Milaa jiye.turant parose ya fir firg me rakhye. yahai aachar 3 se 4 din tak kharab nhi hota.
