1. Ek kadi lee ,usme tail dal kar garam ki jiye.
2. Tail garam hotye hi sarso ke dane daal de jiye ab hing daal de jiye.
3. Ab is me barik kta huaa adrak ,kati hari mirch,garam masala,haldi powder aur namak wa thoda sa paani daal kar 2 min tak chalaye.
4. Ab isme chini aur methi ke pate daal kar lagaataar chalatye huye dhimi anch par pakaaye.
5. Kelo ko farye karke daale aur lagbhag 5-7 min tak chalatye huye dhimi anch par pakaaye.
6. Amchur aur haraa dhaniya daal kar milaaye aur fir gas off kar daiye.
7. Ab isse garma garam parosiye.

- Kachhe kele - 8( chliye huye katye huyee).
- Hing - 3/4.
- Hari mirch - 3/4 (barik katye huyee).
- Adrak - 1 tukada.
- Hare dhaniya ki patiya - 1cup.
- Amchur - 1/2 spoon.
- Chini - 2spoon.
- Methi kai pate - 4cup.
- Sarso kai daane - 1/2spoon.
- Haldi powder - 1/2spoon.
- Tail - awashaktaanusar.
- Namak - sawadannusar.
