Protein Pan cake Recipe in Hindi

Protein pan cake jo banane me bhi aasan hai sath hi khanaye me bhi maje daar hai .ye un bachcho kai bhi liye hai jo khana khataye time aapko bahot parshan kartye hai. Iss protein cake se unki body me protein ki bhi matra bad jate hai.



Samagari (Banane ka saman) - Ingredients


  1. Mungdaai - 1 cup
  2. hari mirch - sawadaanusar.
  3. Dahi-3 spoon 
  4. hing- chutki bhar
  5. Namak - sawadaanusaar 
  6. Kataye tamattar -2 
  7. kate huyaa dhaniya pati -2 spoon
  8. tail- aawashkataannu

Vidhi (Recipe in Hindi)


  • Daal ko 2-3 ghantaye panni me bhigoye.
  • Hari mirch aur dahi ke sath daal ka paste  tiyar kare
  • Is paste me hing daal kar auchi taraha se milaye aur usme kataye hguye  tamattar ,dhaniyapatti, hari mirch ,namak bhi mila de.
  • Non stick tawa garam kare.
  • Us par jera sa tail lagaye aur mung daal ke misharan ko tawe par failaye.
  • Pancake ko palat kai dusare aur bhi pakaye aur chatanee ke sath garmgarm parse.         

Please Note :

Aap daal walaye misharan ko pahle se tiyar karkai bhi rakh sakte hai . yahai aapne aap me hi pura protein se bhara khana hai.
