  • Sem ki faliyaa - 250 gm.
  • Baingan - 125 gm.
  • Pyaaz - 3 (bade aakar ki).
  • Adrak - 1 tukada.
  • Jeera - 1 spoon.
  • Dhaiya powder - 1 spoon.
  • Haldi powder - 1/2 spoon.
  • Garam masala - 1 spoon.
  • Hing - 1/4 spoon.

Vidhi - Recipe


1. Baingan wa sem ki faliyo ko auchi tarah dho kar saaf kar lee jiye, aur usse katye.

2. Pyaaz,adrak wa hari mirch ko dho kar saaf kar  kai kaat lee jiye.

3. Ab ek kadai lee usme ghee/tail daal kar garam ki jiye, jaise hi tail/ghee garam hota hai usme hing wa jeera daaliye.

4. Ab isme pyaaz,adrak,daal kar sunhaira hone tak bhune.

5. Jaise hi sunhaira ho jata hai usme haldi, dhaniyaa powder, laal mirch, wa namk,daale, ab thoda sa paani daal kar bhunee dee.

6. Jub masala tail /ghee chodne lagee tab sabzi daal de jiye auchi tarha milaye aur uspe paani ka halk sa chita dee.

7. Mandi anch me pakne dee,jub sem aur baingan auchi tarha gal jaaye to auchi tarha bhunkar anch se utaar lee.

Gatte Ki Sabzi Recipe in Hindi

Gatte ki sabzi sub se jiyada rajasthan me banaye jate hai . Ye ek rajasthani recipe hai. Aap logo ne besan ki kadi bana kai khaiye hoge besan kai pakode khaye ho gaye lakin besan ko daal kar gatte ki sabzi bhi banaye jatye hai aaye banate hai gatte ki sabzi.

  • Besan - 3 cup
  • Khane wala soda - 1/2 spoon.
  • Dahi - 4spoon.
  • Cheez - 1cup(kasaa huaa).

  • Hari mirch - 3-4(baraik katye huye).

Vidhi-Recipe

1. Gatte banane ke liye besan,khane ka soda aur namak ko milaa kar chaan lee.

2. Besan kai beech me gadda banaa kar dasi ghee aur dahi daal kar auchi tarha ghundh lee awasaktaa padne par thoda -sa paani milaa lee.

3. Ghundhe huye aate kai chotye -chotye pade banaa kar thodi dear ke liyee alag rakh dee.

4. Baraawan ke liye kasaa huaa paneer,hari mirch,adark,jeera,ek baratan me daal kar auchi tarah   milaa lee.

Daal Makai Shorba Recipe in Hindi

Daal ek aise recipe hai jo sabhi gharo me banaye jate hai. Daal ko hum kaise bhi bana sakte hai daal ka ek roop hai daal makai shorba. Ye daal jitne khane me taste hai. Utne hi banane me simpal.




Samagari (Banane ka saman) Ingredients


* Toor daal -100 gm.

* Makai kai dane ( sweet corn kernels)- 3 cup.

* Jeera - 1\2 spoon.

* Kadi patta -6-7.

* Pyaaj barik kata huyaa - 1 cup.

 * Lahsun ki kaliya- 6-7 .

* Hari mirch -2.

* Ghee - 2 spoon.

* Namak- sawadannusar.


Vidhi ( Banane ka tarika) Recipe


1. Makai ko ubala lee.

2. Daal me namak wa haldi powder daalkar ubaal lee aur chaan lee( ubalne kai liye pani jiyada  lee.)

3. Ek pan me ghee garam kare.

4. Jeera aur kadi patta daale.

5. lahsun wa pyaaj ka chok lagaya kar daal milaa lee.

6. ubalaa huaa makai daal kar parse.

Papad Roll Recipe in Hindi

Papad Roll bacho ki favorite snacks mai se ek hai. Chote bachcho ko papad bahot pasand hota hai. Hum papad ko naya roop de kar usse apne bachcho kai liye healthy bana sakte hai.

*  Matar nikale huye ubale huye-100 gm

*   Gajar chili huye aur uabali huye- 100 gm.

*   Aalu khilaye hye aur uabalye huye- 1oo gm.

*  Paneer -100

* Rice  -10 gm

* Kadhi patta - 1

*   Jeera - 1

* Haldi powder - 1spoon .

* Kichan king masala -1 spoon.

*  Dhaniya aur jeera pwoder - 1spoon .

*   Garam masala- 1 spoon.

*   Kadi pata -6,7.

*  Lahsun baraik katye huya -4 .

*   Hari mirch barik kate huye- 2.

*   Papad -5 .

*  Namak - sawad aanusar.

* Tail- talne kai liye.

* Ek pan me tail garam kare.

* Jeera va kadi patta ka chook lagaye.

* Subhi subziya wa masale daalye.

* 10 mint tak pakaye.

*Papad ko gila kar lee .

*  Usme tiyar misaran daale.

*Papad ko roll kar lee.

*  Ab unhai sunhaira hone tak tali lee.

* Ab garamgarm parse.
