Bharwan Parwal Recipe in Hindi

Jo hum sabzi banatye hai usme agar bharwa sabzi ho to humare family ko bahot pasand aatiye hai. Ye khane me testy to hotye hai saath hi ye 2 -3 din tak khaye ja saktye hai. Aaye kartye hai apne family ko khush aur banatye hai bharwan parwal.

Samagari - Ingredients

  • Parwal - 500 gm( chilkar,cheer lee aur bheeg nikal dee)
  • Paneer - 250 gm.
  • Hari mirch - 3-4.
  • Tamatar - 3-4.
  • Adrak ka tukada - 1.
  • Haldi powder - 1/2 spoon.
  • Laal mirch powder - 1 spon.
  • Jeera - 1/2 spoon.
  • Dahi - 1/2 spoon.
  • Tail/ghee - awashaktanusar.
  • Namak - suwadanusar.


Vidhi - Recipe



1. Ek bartan lee usme paani aur 1 spoon namak daal kar parwal ko ubaal lee.

2. Kadai lee usme ghee garam karke paneer ko bhurbhra karkai bhun lee,Isme laal mirch ,haldi aur thoda sa namak daal kar milaa dee aur is mishran ko dhanda karkai parwal me bhar dee.

3. Hari mircho ko barik kaat lee.

4. Tamataro ko halka sa ubaal kar usme upar ka chilka utaar kar masal lee.

5. Kadai me ghee garam kare aur usme jeera daal kar kadkaye.Isme thodi se haldi,barik katiye huye adrak,hari mirch,pisse tamatar wa dahi daal kar khub auchi tarah se bhun lee.

6. Jub masala bhun jaye to thoda sa paani daal dee.

7. Ubaal aane par dhareye-dhareye karake parwal daal dee aur halke haatho se chalaaye.

8. Thodi dar paakane kai baad gas band karde,Ab ispe barik kata huyaa haraa dhaniya aur garam masala bhurak dee.

9.Garam garam parosiye.
