Vidhi - Recipe
1. Subse pahle lauki ko chil kar birik tukado me kaat lee. fir kadukkas kar lee jiye.
2. Ek kadai lee usma ipaani aur lauki ko daal kar halka sa pakka lee ,jub lauki thandi ho jaye to uska paani nichod dee.
3. Ab dahi ko faitkar usme namak,chini kali mirch aur lauki daal kar auchi tarah se milaye.
4. Ab ek pan lee usme ghee ya tail daal liye usme jeera,kari pataa aur hing daal kar chok laag lee aur ab isse raite kai upar se daal dee.auchi tarah milaa lee.
5. Dhaniya patee se sajawat karye aur pesh karye.
Samagari - Ingredients
- Lauki - 200 gm.
- Dahi - 400 gm.
- Kadukkas kiya adrak - 1 spoon.
- Namak - swadanusar.
- Chini - 1 spoon.
- Hari mirch - 1 spoon ( barik katye ).
- Kali mirch powder - 1/4 spoon.
- Kala namak - 1/4 spoon.
- Dhaniya patee - 1 spoon(barik kata huaa sajawat kai liye).
Samagari - Ingredients (Chok kai liye)
- Tail ya ghee - 2 spoon.
- Jeera - 1 spoon.
- Hing - 1/4 spoon.
- Kadi pataa - 3.
