Khoya Matar Makhane Ki Sabzi Recipe in Hindi

Aapne khoye ka jiyada tar mithayo me use kartye huye dikha hoga. Aaj hum khoye ko matar ko aur makhane ko mila kar sabzi banaye gaye. Ye bahot hi alag recipe hai is recipe ka tast bilkul hotel jaisa hai jo ki aapki family ko  bahot hi pasand aaye ga.

Ab aap apne family ko ek hotel walee recipe ghar me bana kai de gaye to maja to aayhi jaiye ga.

Khoya Matar Makhane Ki Sabzi Recipe in Hindi

Samagari- Ingredients

  • Khoya - 125 gm.
  • Matar kai daane  - 250 gm (ubaliye huye).
  • Makhane - 1 cup.
  • Tamatar puree - 100 gm.
  • Adrak -1 tukada.
  • Hari mirch -  2-3.
  • Dhaniya powder - 1spoon.
  • Haldi powder - 1/4 spoon.
  • Laal mirch powder - 1/2 spoon.
  • Garam masala - 1/2 spoon.
  • Tail/ghee  - aawashaktaanusar.
  • Suka meva -  awashaktanusar.
  • Namak - swadanusar.

Vidhi - Recipe

1. Ek kadai lee usme khoya daal kar 2-3 min tak dhimi anch me bhune.

2. Makhano ko bhi ghee me tal kar alag bartan me rakhe.

3. Kadai me ghee garam kar kai hing, jeera aur kate huye adrak daal kar bhune, ab isme barik katiye hari mirch aur tamatar puree wa sukhe masale daal kar kuch dear bhune.

4. Jub masala ghee chodne lage tab kaaju,kishmish wa mewaa daal kar ubali matar , khoya aur 1gilas paani daal dee.

5. Thodi dear pakne ke baad isme makhaane bhi daal dee.

6. Jub shorba kuch gaadh ho jaye to anch se utaar lee.

7. Ab isme garam masala wa haraa dhaniya upar se daal kar garma garam paroseiye.
