Healthy Sarson Ka Saag Recipe in Hindi

Hum sub jantye hai ki panjbiyo ki sub se pasndeta dish hai sarso ka sag. Hum log jatye hai ki sardiyoa shuru hotye hi sabhi gharo me sarso ka saag jarur banta hai. Ye bahot hi tasty hota hai saath hi bahot healthy hota hai aaye bantye hai sarson ka saag.

Healthy Sarson Ka Saag Recipe in Hindi

Samagari - Ingredients

  • Sarson ka saag - 1/2 kg.
  • Bathua -  250 gm.
  • Paneer - 250 gm.
  • Hari mirch - 25 gm.
  • Adrak ka tukada - 1.
  • Makkan - 100 gm.
  • Tamatar - 2.
  • Deshi ghee - awshaktannusar.
  • Laal mirch powder - 1/4 spoon.
  • Haldi - 1/4 spoon.
  • Makka ka aata - 2 spoon.
  • Namak - sawadannusar.

Vidhi - Recipe

1. Paneer ko chakor tukado me kaat lee.

2. Sarson wa bathua dhokar barik kaat lee,kukar me namak ,haldi,laal mirch powder daal kar madhyam anch par pakka lee.

3. Jub saag auchi tarha pak jaye to usse uthar lee.

4. Ab ek pan lee usme deshi ghee garam kare isme katye huye hari mirch aur katye  huye adrak ka tadka lagaa kar saag me daal lee.

5. Saag ko miksar me pees lee.

6. Ab kukar me ghee daal kar tamatar bhun lee aur isme mila dee.

7. Makka kai aata ko paani me ghol kar dhirye - dhirye saag me daal lee aur barabar chaltye rahe

8. Ab paneer kai tukade saag me daal lee.

9. Parostye time upar se makkan dalee. ab isse garma  garm parosiye.
