Agar aap kai ghar me koi party hai to aloo gobhi aur matar ki mix sabzi kai roop mai bhi bana saktye hai. Ye dish aise hai ki sabhi ko pasand aate hai. Dish jaldi bantye hai. Aaye bantye hai aloo-gobhi matar ki sabzi.
1. Ek pan lee us mai ghee daal kar garam ki jiye usme pyaaz aur lahsun daal kar sunhaira hone tak bhune.
2. Ab isme sabhi masale daal kar masaalo ko auche se bhune.
3. Kadi pataa,namak,wa aloo daal kar auchi tarah milaaye aur paani daal kar wa dhak kar 10-12 min ya aloo galne tak pakaye.
4. Ab gobhi daal kar milaye aur 7-8 min kai dhak dee.
5. Matar daale aur anch dhimi karkai 10 min tak pakne dee.
6. Sabzi ko garama garam chapati kai saath parosiye.
Samagari - Ingredients
- Ful gobhi - 1(tukado mai katye huye).
- Aloo - 4 (badye lambaye mai katye).
- Matar kai daane - 10 gm.
- Pyaaz - 200 gm(kate huye).
- Kadi patee - 7,8.
- Ghee - 2 spoon.ya tail.
- Laal mirch powder - 2 spoon.
- Garam masalaa - 2 spoon.
- Haldi - 1/2 spoon.
- Nariyaal - 1/2 cup(kasaa huaa).
- Lahsun - 2 kaliya kate huye.
- Paani - 1 1/2 cup.
- Namak - sawaanusar.
