Hum sub ko pata hai ki hume shahi paneer kitna pasand hai . Agar hum kise hotel me bhi jatye hai ya fir shadiye ya partye me jatye hai hum shahi paneer ki sabzi jarur khaty hai . Shahi paneer me agar kaju daal diya jaye to shahi paneer ka suwad aur bhi bad jata hai.

Samagari - Ingredients
1. Paneer ke chotye -chotye tukade kaat lee.
2 . Ek pan lee usme tail daal kar garam ki jiye ab usme paneer daal kar sunhaira hone tak tal lee.
3. Ab miksar me kata huya pyaaz , laal mirch ,adrak ,long, haldi ,kaju wa jeera wa 1/2 cup paani daal kar peese aur paste tiyar kare.
4. Ek kadai lee 2 spoon tail daal kar garam kare,isme masale wala paste wa namak daal kar suneharaa hone tak bhune.
5. 10 -15 min baad isme paneer ke tukade daal kar milaaye.
6. Dhimi anch par 5 min tak pakaiye , ab anch se utar lee.
7. Ek tawa lee kar us par kasturi methi bhunkar sabzi me milaa dee.
8. Kaju kai tukade wa haraa dhaniy ki patee se sajye garma garam parosiye.

- Adark ka paste - 2 spoon.
- Pyaaz -3 ( katye huye).
- Elaichi badi - 3.
- Long - 5.
- Haldi powder - 1/2 spoon.
- Dhainya powder - 2 spoon.
- Laal mirch sabut - 4,5.
- Tail - awashaktaanusar.
- Namak - sawadanusar.
- Kaju - 1 cup pese huye
