Shak Aloo-Baingan Nu (Gujarati Style) Recipe in Hindi

 Shak aloo-baingan nu ye ek gujarati recipe hai jitna is ka naam suneye me alag sa lagta hai utna hi iska tast khane me bhi kuch alag sa hi hota hai. Ye khane me bahot hi tasty hota hai. Aaye aaj ek gujarati recipe ko normal style se banate hai.

Shak Aloo-Baingan Nu ( Gujarati Style) Recipe in Hindi

Samagari - Ingredients

  • Aloo - 300 gm ( chiliye huye aur katye huyee).
  • Tamatar - 150 gm (katye huye).
  • Baingan - 250 gm (katye huye ).
  • Haldi powder - 1/2  spoon.
  • Chini - 1/2 spoon.
  • Jeera - 1 spoon ( pissa huaa).
  • Laal mirch powder - 3/4 spoon.
  • Dhaniya powder - 1 spoon.
  • Garam masala - 1/2 spoon.
  • Haraa dhaniyaa -  2 spoon ( katya huaa).
  • Namak - sawadannuasar.
  • Tail - 3 spoon.


 Vidhi - Recipe


1, Ek pan lee usme tail daal kar garam ki jiye , jaise hi tail garam ho jata hai ,usme jeera daal kar bhune .

2. Ab is me laal mirch ,dhaniya ,namak ,haldi,wa pisaa huaa jeera daal kar thoda sa paani daal kar  bhune .

3. Is me tamatar daal kar tab tak bhune jub tak masala tail na chod dee.

4. Ab issme aloo-baingan daal kar 5-7 min tak pakaaye, fir thoda sa paani daal kar dhakan se dhak dee aur dhimi anch par galne tak pakne dee.

5. Ab gas off kar de gas se utaarakar hara dhaniya wa garam masala chid kai.

6. Garam garam paroseye .
