Bharwan Tinda Recipe in hindi

Aap logo ne bharwan karale ki sabzi bharwan bhindi to bahot khaye hoge. Magar aaj hum banaye gaye bharwan tinda. Humne dikha hai ki  jiyda tar gharo me tindo ko taire daar ya fir sukhe banate hai. Magar aaj hum tindo ko bharwan banaye gaye ye khane me bahot hi tasty hai aur apne family ko kuch naye sabzi khailatye hai.

Samagari - Ingredients

  • Tinde - 1/2 kg.
  • Khoya - 100 gm.
  • Tamatar - 100 gm.
  • Khaskhas - 2 spoon.
  • Adrak -1 tukada
  • Laal mirch  powder - 1 spoon.
  • Garam masala - 1 spoon.
  • kali mirch pese huye - 1/2 spoon.
  • Kaccha naariyal - 1 tukada.
  • Dhainya powder - 2 spoon.
  • Haraa dhainya - 2 spoon ( kata huaa ).
  • Tail - awasktanusar.
  • Namak - sawadanusar.

Vidhi - Recipe

1. Tinda ko chilkar upar se topi kaat lee aur bich se khokhlaa kar lee fir Ubaltye namak milee paani  me 2-3 min kai liye tinde daal kar nikal lee.

2. Kadai me 1/2 ghanta tail daal kar tinda me se jo gudaa nikalaa tha usse barik karke  daal dee aur dhimi anch par galne dee.

3. Ek alag pan me 2 spoon pesee khaskhas daal dee, jub khaskhas bhun jaaye tab pesaa huaa khoya daal kar bhune lee.

4. Jub khoya ghee chodne lage tab pesee adrak 1/2 spoon ,1/2 spoon laal mirch wa kali mirch,1/2spoon garam masala, 1 spoon dhaniya powder aur namak daal kar milae.

5. Tindo ko bhunaa huaa gudaa bhi issme milaa dee aur yahai mishran tindo me bhar dee aur topee lagaa kar band kar dee.

6. Ek bhari tail wali kadai mai 1 bada spoon tail garam kare .baaki bachi huye adrak daal kar bhune.

7. Kuch dear baad peese tamatar wa nariyal dal kar bhune. Fir issme 1 spoon dhniyaa ,1/2 spoon laamirch wa kali mirch  wa 1/2 spoon namak daal kar 2-3 min tak bhune.

8. Tinde daal kar dhakan se dhak dee.

9. pakne kai baad kate huye hari dhaniyaa ki patiyo se sajakar paroseiye.
