1. Ek kadai lee usme 2 spoon tail daal kar garam ke jiye .
2. Jaise hi tail garam ho jaye, katye huye pyaaz wa hari mirch daal kar bhune.
3. Jub pyaaz sunharee ho jaye to shimlaa mirch daal kar thoda chalaye, ab isme tamatar daale.
4. Tamatar ka paani sukhane lage to laal mirch ,namak wa 2 spoon tamatar sous deele ar fir milaye.
5. Ab is me soya paneer hath se masal kar daal dee, ab isse 5 min tak pakne dee.
6. Ab gas of kar kai upar se barik kata hauaa dhaniya daal kar paroseiye.

- Pyaaz - 2 (katye huyee).
- Tamatar - 1 kata huaa.
- Hari mirch - 2.
- Haraa dhaniya - 2 spoon.
- Tail - awashkatanusar.
- Tamatar sous - aawshaktanusar.
- Laal mirch powder - 1/2 spoon.
- Namak - sawadannusar.
