1. Paneer ko 2 inch ke tukade me kaat lee.
2. Ek kadai lee usme ghee daal kar usse garam kare jaise hi ghee garam hota hai usme pyaaz ,adrak, hari mirch wa motiye elaiche daal kar bhune.
3. Issme tamatar daal kar kuch dear tak bhune dee.
4. Is mishran me dahi daal kar 5 min tak pakaye aur 1/2 cup paani daal kar thanda hone dee.
5. Is mishran ko miksar me daal kar barik pees lee.
6. Ab kadai me ghee daal kar garam karye aur issme peese garewe ,namak wa laal mirch daal kar ghaadh hone tak pakaye.
7. Parosane se pahle milk aur paneer daal kar kuch dear aur pakaye.
8. Katye huye hare dhanye wa kase huye paneer se saaja kar garam garam naan kai saath ya roti kai saath paroseye.

Samagari - Ingredients
- Paneer - 250 gm.
- Pyaaz - 1( lambaa kataa hua).
- Ghee/butter - 3 spoon.
- Adrak - 1 inch ka tukada.
- Hari mirch - 2 ( barik katye huye).
- Laal mirch powder - 1/4 spoon.
- Dhaniya powder - 1 spoon.
- Namak - suwadanusar.
Sajawat Kai Liye
- Paneer - 2 spoon (kasaa huaa).
- Haraa dhaniyaa - 1 spoon (kataa huaa).
- Elaiche - 2 motiye.
- Dahi - 1/2 cup.
- Garam masala - 1/2 cup.
- Milk - 1/2 cup.
