Bharawan Bhindi Recipe in Hindi

Bharawan bhindi aur bharawan karele ki sabzi sabhi ko bahot pasand aate hai. Ye bharawan dish 3-4 din aaram se chal jatye hai. Ye kharab nhi hote bharawan bhindi ko bhi aap kisi tarah bana saktye hai saada masala bhar kar ,masale me aloo ya paneer daal kar bana saktye hai. aaye banatye hai bharawan bhindi.

Samagari - Ingredients

  • Bhindi - 250 gm.
  • Pyaaz - 2( badi katye huye).
  • Tail - 1/2 cup.
  • Laal mirch powder - 1/2 spoon.
  • Haldi powder - 1/2 spoon.
  • Garam masalaa - 1/4 spoon.
  • Jeera powder - 1 spoon( bhuna huaa
  • Hing - 1/4 spoon.
  • Dhaniya powder - 1 spoon.
  • Aamchur - 1 spoon.
  • Adrak - 1 inchka tukada kata huaa.
  • Haraa thaniya -1/2 cup.
  • Namak - sawadanusar.

Vidhi - Recipe


1. Bhindi ko dho kar kapde se poch lee aur upar se aur niche se thoda sa kaat lee.

2. Ab sabhi bhindi ko bich me sai chir kar uska bhitari ghuda( beeg ) nikal lee.

3. sabhi masalo ( laal mirch,bhuna jeera,dhaniya ,garam masala ,haldi,aamchur aur namak) ko milaa kar ( thoda sa paani ka chitaa deekar) ek saar karkai bhindiyo mai bhar kar dhagaa lapet dee.

4. Ek kadai lee usme tail daal kar tail garam ki jiye aur hing ka chok laaga kar pyaaz ko sunhara hone tak bhune.

5. Bhune pyaaz mai masala bhi bhindiya daal kar auchi tarah se milaaye aur dhakan se dhak kar 5-7 min tak pakne dee.

6. Bhindi par aap chahiye to 1/2 nimboo nichod dee,isse bhindiya ek to hare banee rahe gaye dusari chipkegee nhi .

7. 5 min baad adarak aur haraa dhaniya daal kar 2 min baad aanch band kar dee.

8. Bhindiyo ko garam garam chapati kai saath parosiye.
