Bhindi Bhaskar Recipe in Hindi

Aaj hum banaye gaye bhindi bhaskar. Ye bhindi jaldi kharab nhi hotye 3- 4 din ye bhindi chal saktye hai. Humare baccho ko bindi ki sabzi bahot pasand hotye hai. Agar aap baccho kai liye alag tarha se bhindi banaye to bacche badiye hi maja lee kar ye bhindi kahatye hai banatye hai bhindi bhasakar.

 Samagari - Ingredients

  • Bhindi  - 500 gm ( dhokar kissi kapde se saaf poch kar).
  • Tamatar - 2 ( katye huye).
  • Adrak - 2( inch ka tukada kataa huaa).
  • Lahsun - 4 (kaliya katye huye).
  • Pyaaz - 3 ( barik kata huaa).
  • Hari mirch -  2-3  ( katye huye).
  • Tail - 6 spoon.
  • Haldi powder - 1 spoon.
  • Bhunaa jeera - 1 spoon.
  • Laal mirch - 1 spoon.
  • Namak - sawadanusar.

Vidhi - Recipe

1. Ek bhindi lee usko upar se aur nichye se kaat lee jiye, sabhi bhindiyo ko 1/4 inch kai tukado mai kaat lee aur katye huye tukado ko namak aur haldi milaa kar ek said rakh lee jiye.

2. Ek pan lee usme tail daal kar tail garam karye aur ab usme bhindiyo ko tal kar alag kar lee jiye.

3. Ek kadai lee usme 3 spoon tail daal kar tail garam ki jiye ab isme pyaaj wa adrak - lahsun daal kar bhune.

4. Pyaaz bhunne kai baad isme katye tamatar daal dee aur dhimi anch par 3-4 min tak bhune,dhirye - dhirye tamataro ko kadai mai hi kuchal lee.

5. Ab isme masale wa namak daal kar 2-3 min tak masaale ko bhunne dee.ab usme taliye huye bhind daal kar auchi tarah milaaye aur anch band kar de.

6. 5 min baad chapatiyo kai saath garam garam parosiye
