1. Kathal lee usko chilkar uskai chotye - chotye tukde kar kai ubaal lee. paani me thod - sa namak bhi daal dee.
2. Ubalne kai baad iska paani nikal de jiye aur isme beasn pesee huye pyaaz, dhaniyaa powder, amchur, laal mirch powder wa thoda -sa namak daal kar milaye.
3. Kadai lee usme ghee daal kar garam ki jiye fir besan milee kathal ko ghee me bhun lee,
4. Ghee itna hona chahiye ki besan kadai mai chipke nhi.
5. Tiyar kathal mai upar se garam masala bhurak dee.
6. Ab isse apne family ko garma garam parosiye.
Samagari - Ingredients
- Kathal - 500 gm.
- Besan - 100 gm.
- Haldi - 1/2 spoon.
- Garam masala - 1 spoon.
- Dhaniyaa powder - 1 spoon.
- Amchur - 1 spoon.
- Pyaaz - 2.
- Laal mirch powder - 1 spoon.
- Namak - sawadanusar.
- Tail - awshaktanusar.
