Kashmiri Aloo Recipe in Hindi

Aaye aaj banatye hai kashmiri aloo. Aap is dish ko kaise bhi bana saktye hai.  Chahaiye tari daar chahaoye sukhi.masalo se lipte huye kashmiri aloo. Is dish ko bnane kai liye aloo ko pahle ubalna nhi padta. Aaye banatye hai test se bhar poor kashmiri aloo.

Samagari - Ingredients



  • Aloo - 250 gm( chilkar chakor tukdo mai katye huye).
  • Tajaa dahi - 1/2 cup.
  • Jayfal -  1/4 spoon(pissa huaa).
  • Laal mirch powder - 1/2 spoon.
  • Choti elaichi powder - 1/4 spoon.
  • Tail - 1 spoon (bada).
  • Jeera - 1 spoon.
  • Gool mirch kai daane - 4.
  • Daalchini - 1 tukada.
  • Adrak - 1 tukada(barik kata huaa ya kasaa huya).
  • Haraa dhaniyaa - 1/2 cup(barik kata huya).
  • Hari mirch - 2 (barik katye huye).

Vidhi - Recipe


1. Jeera ,goolmirch,jayfal,elaichi aur daal chini ko peeskar ek saar kar lee.

2. Ab kisi mote tale waale bartan mai tail garam kare.isme baki ki samagari wa adrak daal kar bhune.

3. Laal mirch powder,namak wa hari mirch daal kar bhune,fir aloo daal kar dhak de.

4. Ab dahi mai 1/2 cup paani daal kar miksar mai fait kar sabzi mai daal dee.

5. Jub aloo pak jaye to haraa dhaniya bhurakar anch band kar dee aur dhak dee.

6. 5 min baad parosiye.
