Hum sub jaantue hi hai ki humsub ko wadaa kitna pasand aatya hai. Lakin kiya aapne kabhi sabudaane kai banye hai apne family kai liye nhi to aaj banaye sabut danye wadaa.
1. Ek bartan lee usme sabhi samagari ko daal kar mila kar tiyar kar lee jiye.
2. Ab is mishran ko wadye ka aakar de de jiye.
3. Ek kadai lee usme tail daal kar garam kar lee jiye,jaise hi tail garam ho jata hai usme ek -ek wada daal kar fry ki jiye.
4. In wadao ko jub tak fry ki jiye jub tak ye sunhariye rang kai na ho jaye,sunhairye hotye hi unhai nikla lee jiye.
5. Dahi kai saath ya chatni kai saath parosiye.
- Sabutdana - 240 gm ( paani me bhigoya huaa ).
- Mungfali - 24gm(bhun kar chil kar nikaliye huye).
- Aloo - 2 (uble huye hatho se masaliye huye).
- Jeera - 2 spoon.
- Tail (oil) - 2 spoon.
- Hari mirch - 2-3 (barik katye huye).
- Hara dhaniya - 1/2 cup.
- Namak - suwadanusar.
