Hum nimboo ka achar kisse bhi roop mai bana saktye hai. Chahiye khata nimboo ka achar chahaiye methiye nimboo ka achar . Aaj hum banaye gaye nimboo kai achar mai gur daal kar ,gur nimboo ka metha achar nimboo ka achar sardiyo mai bana chahiye. Kiyu ki is mosam mai nimboo bahot auchaye patliye chilkai waliye miltye hai. Jisse ki aucha khanye mai bahot suwad banta hai.
1. Nimboo ko auchi tarah dho kar auchi tarah kise sukhiye kapdiye se poch lee jiye.
2. Har nimboo ko 8 - 8 tukado mai kaat lee aur chaku ki madat se bheeg nikal dee.
3. Martbaan mai nimboo kai tukade aur namak daalee aur martbaan ko band karke 15 se 20 din tak dhup mai rakhe.
4. Ab gur ka sirka tiyar kare( iskai liye aadha cup paani mai gur daalee aur gas par rakhiye,elaiyechi ka chilka chil lee aur elayechi ka powder banaa lee. jub gur ka sirka tiyar ho jaaye to usme nimboo, sonth powder, kala namak , garam masalaa, laal mirch powder aur elaiyechi powder daal kar auchi tarah se milaye).
5. Nimboo ko gur kai is mishran mai daal kar sirke ko gaadha hone tak pakaye.
6. Gas off kar dee achar puri tarah se thanda hone dee.
7. Saaf suthariye martbaan mai is achar ko rakhe aur istmaal ki jiye
Ye achar 2 saal tak istmaal yogye rahata hai.
Samagari - Ingredients
- Kagajee nimboo - 12.
- Namak - 3 spoon.
- Gur - 600 gm.
- Laal mirch powder - 1/2 spoon.
- Elayichi - 5.
- Garam masala powder - 1 spoon.
- Kala namak - 2 spoon.
- Sonth powder - 1 spoon.
