Karele Ka Salan Recipe in Hindi

Aaj hum banye gye karela ka salan. Ye recipe bahot hi, teste hotye hai. Is recipe mai karela ka pariyog kiya hai. Aap logo ne karele ko ya to bharw bana kai khaya ho gay ya fir fry kar kai. Aaj hum kuch naye tarikye se bana kai apne family ko khilaye gaye. Aaye bantye hai karela ka salan

Samagari - Ingredients


* Karele - 350 gm.
* Namak - suwadanusar.
* Tail - 4 spoon.
* Pyaaz -2 ( barik katye huye).
Karele Ka Salan Recipe in Hindi* Adrak - 1 inch ka tukada.
* Lahsun - 6 kaliya ( katye huye).
* Sabut laal mirch - 3 ( tutye huye).
* Sukha dhaniya kai beeg - 1 spoon.
* Jeera - 3/4 spoon.
* Tail - 1. 1/2 spoon.
* Mungfali kai daane ( peanuts ).- 2 spoon.
* Emali ka gudaa - 2 spoon.
* Haldi powder - 1/2 spoon.
* Garam masala powder - 1/4 spoon.
*Taja hara dhaniya - 2 spoon

Vidhi - Recipe


1. Karele kai chilke ko halka sa khurch kar utaar lee, lambye mai chira lagaye aur ander kai beeg wa guda nikal lee.

2. Namak lagaa kar adha ghantye kai liye alag rakh dee, paani se auchi tarah dho kar ,paani sukha lee aur alag rakh dee.

3. Bharaw banaaane kai liye non stick induction pan mai 2 spoon tail garam karye.

4. Pyaaz, adrak aur lahsun daal kar bhune,sabut laal mirch ,sukha dhaniya kai beeg ,jeera tail aur mungfali kai daane daal kar mahaikane tak bhune ,thanda kare aur thoda paani milaa kar peste bana lee.

5. Dusara non stick indction tail garam kare. us mai karele ko bhuraa hine tak bhune.

6. Paste bharwa milaaye aur aadha cup paani daal kar pakaye,namak emali ka guda aur haldi powder milaye.

7. Garam masala powder milaaye,aadha cup aur hara dhaniya milaaye.

8. Dhakan se dhak kar low gas kar kai 15,20 min tak pakaye.

9. Garam garam parosiye.
