ChorChori Recipe in Hindi

Charchori recipe. Is recipe mai kaiye samgari aise hai jo aapkai bacchye khush ho kar na khatye ho jaise laal kaddu ,shakkarkandi,bangain. Lakin aap ye sari sabziya khilana chahtye hai. Ye dish un kai liye ek dum sahi hai. Is dish kai test mai aapkai bacchye ye nhi dikhye gaye ki aapne isme shakkarkandi,laal kaddu aur bangain dala hai ya nhi to aaye banatye hai chorchori .

Samagari - Ingredients

  • Ful gobhi - 1/4 medium ( fulo mai katiye huye).
  • Aloo - 2 medium ( 1/2 inch kai tukado mai katye huye).
  • Shakkarkandi - 1 medium ( 1/2 inch kai tukado mai katye huye).
  • Laal kaddu - 100 gm(1/2 inch ki tukad mai kata huaa).
  • Bangain -  1 medium ( 1/2  inch kai tukado mai kata huaa).
  • Fresh bean - 6,8 ( 1/2 inch ka tukada kata huaa).
  • Taja palak - 6,8 ( barik katye huye).
  • Tail - 1,1/2 spoon.
  • Panch phoron - 1,1/2 spoon.
  • Hari mirch - 2 chiri huye.
  • Namak - suwadanusar.
  • Haldi powder - 1/4 spoon.
  • Chini - 1/2 spoon.



Vidhi - Recipe



1. Non stick induction pan lee usme tail daal kar garam ki jiye.

2. Jaise hi tail garam hota hai usme panch phoron daal kar mahaikne tak bhune.

3. Aloo,shakkarkandi,kaddu,full gobhi,bangain aur freach bean milaa kar slow gas kar kai bhune.

4. Hari mirch daal kar milaaye.

5. Ab palak milaye,namak,haldi powder,aur chini milaye.

6. Gas slow kare,pan ko dhakan se dhak dee aur sabziyo ko pakne tak pakaye.

7. Garam garam parosiye.
