Banarse Bharwa Laal Mirch Ka Achar Recipe in Hindi

Agar aapki famliy kai kuch member ko mirch khana pasand hai aur bakilye ko nhi to aap un mirch walo kai liye kiya karye gaye.  Aaye hum aapki ye problem solve kartye huye bantye hai banarse bharwa laal mirch ka achar is achar kai sahariye aap apne family kai mirch khanye waliye membero ko khush kar saktye hai.  Bantye hai banarse bharwa laal mirch ka achar.

 Samagari - Ingredients

    Banarse Bharwa Laal Mirch Ka Achar Recipe in Hindi
  • Laal mirch - 1 kg.
  • Amchur powder- 1,1/2 cup.
  • Methiye powder - 1,1/2 cup.
  • Sarso powder - 2,1/2 cup.
  • Soof powder - 1 cup.
  • Hing - 1,1/2 spoon.
  • Namak - 1 cup.
  • Haldi -1/2 cup.
  • Sarso ka tail (oil) - 4 cup. 

Vidhi - Recipe


1. Laal mirch ki danthal ko kaat dee aur use bhitar se khokhalaa kar de.

2. Laal mirch aur tail kai alaawa bakiye ki samagari ko ek bartan mai daal kar auchi tarah se milaa dee jiye.

3. 1/4 cup tail is mishran mai daal kar milaye,ek - ek karkai sabhi laal mirchco mai yahai mishran auchi tarah se bhar dee jiye.

4. Achar rakhne waliye bartan ko auchi tarah saaf kar kai usme tail daal lee jiye.

5. Ek - ek kar kai masaale bhari huye mirch ko tail mai dubaye aur bartan mai rakhtiye jaiye.

6. Bachye huye tail ko upar se daal de jiye..

7. Mirch waliye bartan kai muhu ko saaf sutiye kapde se bandhye aur dhup mai kam se kam 1 week ya 10 den tak rakhiye.

8. Aapka banarse bharwa laal mirch ka achar taiyar hai.
