Gil- E - Firdaus Recipe in Hindi

Aaj hum banaye gaye gil - e - firdaus . Ye recipe hyderabad  ki subse khas dish hai . Ye ek kheer ki tarah hotye hai. Ye chawal aur kaddu se banaye jatye hai . Ye recipe malaye daar banatye hai. Hyderabadi shadiyo mai ye recipe jarur banaye jatye hai. Aaye banatye hai gil -e - firdaus.

Samagari - Ingredients



    Gil- E - Firdaus Recipe in Hindi
  • Chawal - 2 spoon.
  • Laal kaddu - 250 gm ( kadukkas kiya huaa).
  • Ghee - 2 spoon.
  • Dudh - 10 cup.
  • Khoya- 100 gm(kadukas kiya huaa).
  • Mawa - 100 gm( kadkass kiaya huaa).
  • Chini - 1/2 spoon.
  • Gulab ka arq - 100 gm ( rose essence
  • Anaanaas kai tukadye - 2.
  • Badam - 10 ( barik tukdo mai kata huaa).
  • Gulab ki pakhudiya ( rose petals) - 2 .
  • Glace cherries - 4 - 5.  

Vidhi - Recipe


1. Ek brtan lee usme chawal daal kar 1 cup paani mai ek ghantye tak bhigo dee jiye,fir paani se nikal lee aur alag rakh de jiye.

2. Non stick induction pan mai 1 cup paani ubaale aur kaddu daale,naram hone tak pakaye,fir paani mai se nikal kar alag rakh de jiye.

3. Non stick induction pan mai ghee daal kar garam ki jiye, bhigaye huye chawal daal kar kuch second kai liye bhune.

4. Dudh milaaye aur ubaal laaye gas slow kare aur chawal ko naram hone tak pakaye.

5. Karchi se chawal masale ,kaddu milaaye aur 5 min kai liye slow gas kar kai pakaye.

6. Khoya aur chini milaaye aur tab tak pakaye jub tak ki mishran spoon se chipkne na lagye,gulab ka arq ( rose essence) milaaye.

7. Gas off kare,anaanaas milaaye aur hilaye.

8. Chotye - chotye bowls mai daal kar thanda kare.

9. Badam,gulab ki pakhudhiya( rose petals) aur glace cherries se sajawat ki jiye.
