Aaj hum banaye gaye aloo baingan ki special sabzi kaiye masalo se liptye huye suwad se barpur hai. Aaye banatye hai sabzi banaye aloo baingan ki special sabzi.
1. Ek pan lee usme tail daal kar garam karye ab is me pyaaz,kadi pata,dardaraa kiya huaa dhaniya,kalongi,aur jeera daal kar bhune.
2. Pyaaz kai sunhari hone tak adrak, lahsun ka paste,pisi laal mirch,hari mirch tatha methi pate daal kar milaye.
3. 1/2 min baad isme aloo aur baingan daal kar bhune.
4. 7-8 min tak pakaiye.
5. Pakne par dahi aur haraa dhaniya daal kar auchi tarah milaa dee.
6. Ab isse chapatiye kai saath garam garam parosiye.
Samagari - Ingredients
- Aloo - 7-8 ( chotye ubalaye huye chiliye huye).
- Baingan - 3-4 ( chotye aur unhai charo aur se tukado mai kata huaa).
- Pyaaz - 2 ( katye huye).
- Adrak ka paste - 1 spoon.
- Lahsun ka paste - 1 spoon.
- Tail - 1 spoon( bada).
- Dahi - 2 spoon.
- Kadi pataa - 3.
- Hari mirch - 2 (katye huye).
- Tajaa methi - 1 spoon.
- Haraa dhaniya - 2 spoon ( kataa huaa).
- Jeera - 1 ,1/2 spoon.
- Kalongi - 1/2 spoon.
- Laal mirch powder - 1/2 spoon.
- Sabut dhaniya - 1 spoon( hath se kut kar dardar kiya huaa).
- Namak - sawadanusar.
