Pan Fried Mushroom Recipe in Hindi

Aaj hum banye gaye bilkul naye recipe. Pan fried mushrooms .Ye recipe khanye mai bahot hi teste hotye hai. Saath hi bananye mai esay hotye hai. Is recipe mai 3 tarha kai mushrooms kai pariyog kiya gaya hai .


Samagari - Ingredients



    Pan Fried Mushroom Recipe in Hindi
  • Taaje button mushrooms - 20,24 ( char tukdo mai katye).
  • Porcini mushrooms ( optional) - 1/2 cup.
  • Oyster mushrooms ( optional) - 1/2 cup.
  • Laal shimla mirch - 1 chotye (1/2 inch kai tukado mai).
  • Peliye shimla mirch - 1 chotye ( 1/2 inch kai tukdo mai katye huye).
  • Olive oil - 1 spoon.
  • Pyaaz - 2 medium (1/2 inch katye huye).
  • Lahsun ki kaliya - 3 motiye (peste banye huye).
  • Soya sauce - 1 spoon.
  • Laal mirch sauce - 1 spoon.
  • Sirka - 1/2 spoon.
  • Ajwaayan - 1/2 spoon.
  • Namak - awashaktanusar.
  • Kali mirch -8,10.( kuchaliye huye).
  • Taje tulsee kai patye - 7,8( barik katye huye).


Vidhi - Recipe


1. Agar porcini aur oyster paryog kar rahe hai, to halka garam paani mai 20 min kai liye bhigo kai rakh dee jiye. auchi tarah dho kar alag rakh dee jiye.

2. Non stick induction pan mai tail daal kar garam ki jiye, jaise hi tail garam ho jata hai usme pyaaz milaaye aur medium gas par translucent ( pardashi) hone tak bhune.

3. Lahsun milaaye aur 1 min tak bhune.

4. Mushroom,laal shimla mirch aur peeliye shimla mirch ko tej anch par 3 min kai liye bhune.

5. Soya sauce, laal mirch sauce aur sirka milaaye aue 2 min ki liye bhune.

6. Ajwayan,namak aur kali mirch milaaye,aur fir gas off kar kai pan uttar lee jiye ,tulse kai patye milaye garam garam parosiye.
