Chops Do Piaza Recipe in Hindi

Chops do piaza recipe. Ye recipe sune mai bahot hi sadharan se hai. Magar khanye mai nhi. Is recipe mai pyaaz ki matra adhik hotye hai. Isme matan ki matra bhi adhik hi hotye hai. Jo log non veg khana bahot pasand kartye hai. Un logo kai liye ye dish ek dum sahi hai. Aye bantye hai chops do piaza.

Samagari - Ingredients


  • Matan chop - 1 kg.
  • Pyaaz -4 badiye.
  • Tail ( Oil ) - 10 spoon.
  • Daal chini - 1 inch ka tukda.
  • Hari elaychi - 10.
  • Long - 10.
  • Lahsun paste - 2 spoon.
  • Adrak paste - 2 spoon.
  • Dhaniya powder - 1 spoon.
  • Bhuna huaa jeera - 2 spoon.
  • Dahi faitye huye - 6 spoon.
  • Laal mirch powder - 1/2 spoon.
  • Namak - awshaktanusar.
  • Garam masala - 1/2 spoon.

Vidhi - Recipe


1. 3 pyaaz ko chalo mai kaat lee jiye,baki pyaaz ko barik kaat lee jiye.

2. Non stick induction pan lee usme tail daaliye, jaise hi tail garam ho jata hai usme pyaaz daal kar use sunhaira hone tak bhuniye,tail sokhane waliye paper par taliye huye pyaaz rakh kar tail sokh lee jiye.

3. Pan mai bachye tail mai daal chini,elayichi,aur long daal kar gas slow kar kai mahaik aane tak bhune,ab thodiye -thodiye kar kai matan chop milaye aur bhure hone tak bhune, fir nikal kar bowl mai rakh lee.

4. Usse pan mai hi katye huye pyaaz daal kar sunhara hone tak bhune,ab lahusun aur adrak ka paste daal kar tail alag hone tak bhune,dhaniya powder aur jeera powder daal kar 1/2 min tak bhune.

5. 1-1 spoon kar kai dahi daal kar milaye aur tab tak bhune jub tak ki dahi masaale mai achui tarah na mila jaye.

6. Ab matan chop 1,1/2 cup paani ,laal mirch powder aur namak milaaye,auchi tarah milaaye aur  mishran ubaal par laaye, dhakan se dhakye aur anch kam kare aur matan ko naram hone tak pakaye,

7. Is mai karib 45 min lag saktye hai agar mishran sukha lagye to 1/2 cup paani aur milaa lee.

8. Bhune pyaaz aur garam masala powder daal kar auchi tarah milaaye.

9. 2-3 min tak pakaye ,fir garam garam parosiye.
