Samagari - Ingredients


Sukhi Arbi Recipe in Hindi* Arbi - 500 gm.
* Sarso ka tail - 30gm.
* Ajwain - 1/2 spoon.
* Haldi - 1/2 spoon.
* Laal mirch - 1/2 spoon.
* Dhaniya powder - 1/2 spoon.
* Garam masala - 1/2 spoon.
* Hing - 1/4 spoon.
* Namak - suwadanusar.


Vidhi - Recipe


1. Ek bartan lee usme arbi daal kar auchi tarah do lee jiye fir usse ubaal lee jiye.

2. Ab in ubaliye huye arbi ko chil kar lambi  mai kaat lee.

3. Ek kadai lee usme tail daal kar garam ki jiye, jub tail dhuaa chodne lagye to usme hing aur ajwain daale.ajwain kai laal hone par usme haldi,mirch aur dhaniyaa daal kar bhune.

4. Masalo ko auchi tarah se bhun kar isme katye huye arbi kai tukadiye daal dee aur auchi tarah masale mai lapete.

5. Ab amchur aur garam masala burakar ek baar fir auchi tarah chalaaye aur utaar lee.

6. Aapke liye chatpatye shukhi arbi ki sabzi tiyar hai.

* Aloo - 250 gm (ubale huye).
* Tamater - 100 gm (barik katye huye).
* Laal mirch powder - 1 spoon.
* Kali mirch powder - 1/2 spoon.
* Rai - 1/2 spoon.
* Jeera - 1/2 spoon( bhun kar powder bana lee jiye).
* Haraa dhaniya - 1/2 cup( barik kataa huyaa).
* Namak - suwadanusar.

Vidhi - Recipe


1. Ek bartan lee usme ubaliye huye aloo ko mesh kar lee, usme kali mirch powder aur namak mila kar alag rakh dee jiye.

2. Tamater lee usse barik - barik kaat kar aloo kai mishran me mila dee jiye.

3.Ek bartan lee usme sabhi masaliy ( laal mirch - kali mirch,rai,jeera)ko auchi tarha milaa lee jiye.

4. Ab isse aloo kai mishran me auchi tarah se milaa de jiye.

5. Ab isse ek bartan me nikal kar haraa dhaniya se sajawt ki jiye. chaptiye kai saath parosiye.

Karele Ka Salan Recipe in Hindi

Samagari - Ingredients


* Karele - 350 gm.
* Namak - suwadanusar.
* Tail - 4 spoon.
* Pyaaz -2 ( barik katye huye).
Karele Ka Salan Recipe in Hindi* Adrak - 1 inch ka tukada.
* Lahsun - 6 kaliya ( katye huye).
* Sabut laal mirch - 3 ( tutye huye).
* Sukha dhaniya kai beeg - 1 spoon.
* Jeera - 3/4 spoon.
* Tail - 1. 1/2 spoon.
* Mungfali kai daane ( peanuts ).- 2 spoon.
* Emali ka gudaa - 2 spoon.
* Haldi powder - 1/2 spoon.
* Garam masala powder - 1/4 spoon.
*Taja hara dhaniya - 2 spoon

Vidhi - Recipe


1. Karele kai chilke ko halka sa khurch kar utaar lee, lambye mai chira lagaye aur ander kai beeg wa guda nikal lee.

2. Namak lagaa kar adha ghantye kai liye alag rakh dee, paani se auchi tarah dho kar ,paani sukha lee aur alag rakh dee.

3. Bharaw banaaane kai liye non stick induction pan mai 2 spoon tail garam karye.

4. Pyaaz, adrak aur lahsun daal kar bhune,sabut laal mirch ,sukha dhaniya kai beeg ,jeera tail aur mungfali kai daane daal kar mahaikane tak bhune ,thanda kare aur thoda paani milaa kar peste bana lee.

5. Dusara non stick indction tail garam kare. us mai karele ko bhuraa hine tak bhune.

6. Paste bharwa milaaye aur aadha cup paani daal kar pakaye,namak emali ka guda aur haldi powder milaye.

7. Garam masala powder milaaye,aadha cup aur hara dhaniya milaaye.

8. Dhakan se dhak kar low gas kar kai 15,20 min tak pakaye.

9. Garam garam parosiye.

Chanar Pulao Recipe in Hindi

Aaj hum apne family kai liye banaye gaye chan pulao. Is recipe ko aap chapatiye kai saath bhi kha saktye hai. Ya fir aap is dish ko aise bhi kha saktye hai .Ye dish aise hai jisse koi bhi member khane se mana nhi kar sakta. Aap apne baccho ko unkai lunch box mai bhi de sakte hai.

  • Paneer - 400 gm ( 1 inch kai tukado mai kada huaa).
  • Basmati chawal - 1.1/2 cup.
  • Ghee - 1.1/2 spoon.
  • Chini - 2 spoon.
  • Pyaaz - 1 ( barik kata hua).
  • Tej pataa - 1.
  • Daalchini - 1 inch ka tukada.
  • Long - 2.

1. Ek bartan lee usme chawal daal kar auchi tarah dho lee jiye, ab isse sukhne kai liye faila de jiye.

2. Jub auchi tarah sukh jaaye to un mai 1 spoon. ghee chini auchi tarah milaa dee jiye.

3. Non stick induction pan mai 1 spoon ghee garam ki
jiye.

4. Gas ko slow kar kai paneer ko bhune aur alag rakh dee.

5. Bachye ghee ko non stick induction pan mai daale aur pyaaz ko slow gas par sunhara hone tak bhun lee.

6. Non stick induction pan mai bachye ghee mai tej pataa ,daal chini,long aur elaychi daal kar tub tak bhune jub tak ki mahaik na uthane lagye.

7. Chawal milaa kar 2- 3 mintak bhune,3 cup paani ubaal lee,gas ko slow kare aur tab tak pakaye jub tak ki chawal pak na jaaye aur paani khatam na ho jaye.

8. Paneer milaaye,pyaaz daale aur garam garam parosiye.

2. Non stick induction pan mai tail garam kare aur aloouo ko sunharaa hone tak bhun lee, sokhne waleye paper par rakh kar ghee nikal lee.

3. Use pan mai jeera bhune ,jub jeera rang badlane lagye to adrak paste milaaye thoda sa bhune.

4. Dahi aur aloo milaaye aur tab tak bhune jub tak ghee alag na ho jaye,sandha namak,laal mirch powder,aur katiye huye adrak milaaye.

5. Kam anch par 8-10  min kai liye pakaye katiye adrak se sajawat ki jiye.

1. Non stick induction pan lee usme tail daal kar garam ki jiye.

2. Jaise hi tail garam hota hai usme panch phoron daal kar mahaikne tak bhune.

3. Aloo,shakkarkandi,kaddu,full gobhi,bangain aur freach bean milaa kar slow gas kar kai bhune.

4. Hari mirch daal kar milaaye.

5. Ab palak milaye,namak,haldi powder,aur chini milaye.

6. Gas slow kare,pan ko dhakan se dhak dee aur sabziyo ko pakne tak pakaye.

    Pan Fried Mushroom Recipe in Hindi
  • Taaje button mushrooms - 20,24 ( char tukdo mai katye).
  • Porcini mushrooms ( optional) - 1/2 cup.
  • Oyster mushrooms ( optional) - 1/2 cup.
  • Laal shimla mirch - 1 chotye (1/2 inch kai tukado mai).
  • Peliye shimla mirch - 1 chotye ( 1/2 inch kai tukdo mai katye huye).
  • Olive oil - 1 spoon.
  • Pyaaz - 2 medium (1/2 inch katye huye).
  • Lahsun ki kaliya - 3 motiye (peste banye huye).
  • Soya sauce - 1 spoon.
  • Laal mirch sauce - 1 spoon.
  • Sirka - 1/2 spoon.
  • Ajwaayan - 1/2 spoon.
  • Namak - awashaktanusar.
  • Kali mirch -8,10.( kuchaliye huye).
  • Taje tulsee kai patye - 7,8( barik katye huye).


Vidhi - Recipe


1. Agar porcini aur oyster paryog kar rahe hai, to halka garam paani mai 20 min kai liye bhigo kai rakh dee jiye. auchi tarah dho kar alag rakh dee jiye.

2. Non stick induction pan mai tail daal kar garam ki jiye, jaise hi tail garam ho jata hai usme pyaaz milaaye aur medium gas par translucent ( pardashi) hone tak bhune.

3. Lahsun milaaye aur 1 min tak bhune.

4. Mushroom,laal shimla mirch aur peeliye shimla mirch ko tej anch par 3 min kai liye bhune.

5. Soya sauce, laal mirch sauce aur sirka milaaye aue 2 min ki liye bhune.

6. Ajwayan,namak aur kali mirch milaaye,aur fir gas off kar kai pan uttar lee jiye ,tulse kai patye milaye garam garam parosiye.
